You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. Click on the order you want to track, and you'll see real-time tracking information. You'll also receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make changes.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Shipping charges vary based on your location and order size. Standard delivery within Dhaka is ₹200. Outside Dhaka, charges range from ₹500 to ₹2,000. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹50,000.

Delivery within Dhaka takes 3-5 business days. For other cities in Bangladesh, delivery takes 5-7 business days. Large furniture items may require additional time for assembly and delivery.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most areas in Bangladesh. However, some remote locations may have limited delivery options. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability to your area.

Yes! We offer free assembly service for all furniture items. Our delivery team will assemble your furniture at your preferred location. This is included in the delivery charge.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup. You can also contact customer service for assistance.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll process a bank transfer.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Yes, all ONNO furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available at checkout. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Yes! We offer customization options for many products including fabric choice, color, and dimensions. Customized items take 4-6 weeks for delivery and cannot be returned. Contact our sales team for customization options.

Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, avoid direct sunlight, use coasters for beverages, clean spills immediately, and dust regularly with a soft cloth. Detailed care guides are available on product pages.

We strive to display accurate colors, but they may vary slightly due to screen settings. We recommend visiting our showroom to see products in person, or request fabric/material samples before ordering.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and bank transfers. All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹100,000. A small processing fee of ₹100 applies to COD orders. For orders above ₹100,000, we require at least 50% advance payment.

Yes, we offer EMI (Easy Monthly Installments) for orders above ₹20,000. EMI is available for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months through selected banks. Check at checkout for available EMI options.
